AS A REALTOR
Realtors are the go-between, the middle connection between the prospective buyers, investors and the Company.
Their primary role is to bring buyers for purchase of the properties owned by the company.
Our realtors are trained professionals who have mastered the art of Selling and building quality relationships as a purchasable commodity for closing deals.
Anyone who wishes to identify as a realtor under our ecosystem must register with us.
HOW TO EARN FROM THE SYSTEM AS A REALTOR
1. Earnings by Direct sale
This will be dependent on whether a person is registered to our system or not
Anyone who makes a sale without first registering, will be entitled to 5% direct commission on every sale made.
Registeration Package:
Anyone who subscribes to our ecosystem with package of $30 or #20,000, will be entitled to 10% commission for every sale.
2. Earnings by Recruitment
Anyone who refers another to register and be a part of our realtors community will be entitled to earn 50% commission on the cost of Registration of such a person, upon their subscription.
N/B: This will only be applicable to Realtors who are already subscribed to our ecosystem
3. Earnings by Affiliate Network
The Company operates by three generation indices recognition;
This is only applicable if the person that brought the buyer has subscribed as a registered realtor in our ecosystem
10% commission to the direct person that sold
3% commission to whoever brought the person into the system
2% for whoever that brought the person that referred the person who brought the buyer.
PAYMENT BY INSTALLMENTS
Our properties are available to be acquired by payment on Installments.
Our Payment plan by installment allows for an initial deposit of 50% of the purchase sum, then with two months window for payment of the balance sum.
After the expiration of the two months window period, there will be a 20% interest accrued to the unpaid balance for every month after the first two months window.
OUR DELIVERY OF LAND DOCUMENTS ARE SWIFT, IN LESS THAN 48 HOURS, EXCEPT FOR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS We deliver Nation wide, though those outside Nigeria will have to fund the cost for delivery.
